The Dashboard - Other Functions

  • List All Schedules
    For an overall "picture" of all schedules within your organization.  This can be a valuable tool for quickly determining field availability, scheduling errors and for referee/umpire scheduling.
  • Roster Handout
    No need for the head coach to build a roster handout anymore.  Complete roster information including jersey number, name, address, phone, and email.  You can also view all submitted registration information for each player of your team including emergency contact information, medical issues and registration/payment status. Only users with permissions for a specific team have the ability to access these reports.
  • Fees
    Your organization has more than one program available and/or more than one fee for each program offered? Not a problem since you will have the ability to define multiple program offerings and various pricing within each program.
  • Registrations
    Tired of keying information from a multitude of handwritten registration forms? Handle your registration process completely online. Participants go to your website, complete a form with the vital information that you need and are shown a confirmation of their entries with a customizable liability waiver for them to print, sign and send in with payment.  Customize your online registration form by asking only the questions, from our extensive list, that your organization requires and download all registration information to a spreadsheet at any time of your choosing.
  • Payments
    Not sure who has paid and who has not? Spend hours sending individual emails out to collect payments? Keep track of your participants' payments with this function and automatically send email notifications to those who still have a balance due with one click!
  • End-Of-Season
    The season has ended and you need to "clear" all that information that was added over the last few months.  This function allows for a quick clean up of Schedules, Rosters, Notes, Payments and Teams including turning off all portions of the website that these items relate to with one mouse click.  A confirming email will be sent to you containing the data that you removed.
  • Instructions/Library
    This is a "secure" area where you can post information specifically for Administrators, Commissioners or Coaches.  These "library" pages are built by you using the Document Builder and can include links to other pages and/or email addresses, etc.
